Team Global Express (TGE) is seeking a strategic national leader to drive the development and performance of our driver workforce across Australia.
This role goes beyond training delivery - you will strengthen national operational training capability, lift trainer performance, and partner closely with operations and safety to ensure programs deliver both compliance and practical operational outcomes.
As the National Driver Training Manager, you will lead the Operational Trainers and Assessor Team setting consistent standards, embedding best practice, and lead and develop a high-performing national team of driver trainers and assessors.
You will champion continuous improvement, modernisation, and digital transformation of training frameworks to support a safe, capable and consistent driver workforce through effective training delivery.
