Transport: Please pick up client and his wife on 20/6 (Fri) at 10:30am and drive them to ILS Edgecliff for trial, and to drive them from ILS Edgecliff to their home after the trial. The trial will start at 11am on 20/6 (Fri) and it should take up to an hour. Client mobilises with a 4WW so SW’s car must be able to accommodate client, his wife and walker and easily accessible (shouldn’t be too high or too low).
