Job Description:
To ensure all company vehicles are clean interior and exterior.
- Daily check and ensure that vehicles are properly maintained and recorded. Mechanical faults should be reported immediately to Senior Executive, Human Resources Administration / Security Dept.
- Carry out daily dispatch to Johor Bharu / Singapore and other areas as instructed from time to time.
- Doing dispatch / collect documents, cheques, consumable products, cooking oil, etc. as instructed from time to time.
- Drive the allocated vehicles and send to appointed workshop for repair or services as required.
- All dispatch matters on daily work must be completed without any delay.
- Be able to receive and carry out work tasks/duties/responsibilities with minimum supervision.
