Hours/Shifts: Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 5:00 or 11:00-7:00 pm (Rotational On-call Duties Required)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the SLH leadership team to oversee the day-to-day aspect of the program, including ensuring the home is a safe and supportive environment.
- Manage staff schedules and provide support in financial and budget matters.
- Coach and develop a staff team to enable high performance and support them in achieving their goals.
- Contribute to program development and implementation by assessing, developing and evaluating programs for continuous improvement to ensure we are meeting the needs of the people we support. <...
