Dumper Truck Operator

We are seeking a dedicated Dumper Truck Operator to join our team in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire. The primary role will be to move waste around our large site, transporting unprocessed or non‑recyclable waste to the landfill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating mobile plant machinery, including dumper trucks, forklift trucks, telehandlers, and front‑loading shovels. This role requires a flexible approach to work and an ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.

• Shifts – Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm
• Overtime – Opportunity for overtime, especially during peak seasons
• Holidays – 24 days annual leave + option to buy up to 5 extra days of leave
