• Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification in ACCA/CIMA/CPA or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Property Development with exposure in managing day to day operations, cash flow management, preparation of monthly management report, budget and forecast
• Result oriented with strong initiative and high integrity

Executive - Finance / Accounts

Location: Pulau Pinang- Bukit Mertajam

• Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Accountancy and above
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Property Development
• Able to handle full set of Accounts and work independently
