We are excited to reveal that we are looking for Dynamic Support Navigators (band 7) to join our “Keyworking Programme” at our base in Erlegh House, Reading.
The aim of the “Keyworking Programme” is to trial a new way of working to support children and young people with a learning disability and/or autism, who are at risk of admission to a mental health hospital.
As well as supporting children and young people you will also work with their families to make sure they are fully involved in their plans and they have the support they need at the right time, in a co‑ordinated way.
