E-Commerce Associate

Job Description :

• Ensure Product Listing is created and maintained on our various E-Commerce platforms.
• Update the quantity of listed products to make sure listings are up to date.
• Monitor pricing of our products as well as competitor products to make sure we have a competitive edge.
• Optimize various E-Commerce Platform Ads in order to reach out to our target market to boost discoverability.
• Oversee the order fulfilment process from end to end to ensure a smooth and satisfactory transaction.
• Reply to buyer's messages and enquiries promptly to maintain a high level of service.
• Explore and propose new E-Commerce platforms or Online Marketplace to further expand our market.

Job Requirements :

• Possesses Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or its equivalent.
• Min 1 - 2 years of related experiences.
