Position: E-commerce Executive

Location: Hyderabad 

Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical E-commerce Executive to manage marketplace operations, product listings, campaign coordination and online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage day-to-day operations across marketplaces and brand websites.

● Upload and maintain product listings, pricing, inventory, and catalog content.

● Coordinate with internal teams for promotions, offers, and campaign execution.

● Monitor stock availability and ensure timely replenishment.

● Track sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and customer trends.

● Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer support teams.

● Handle order management, returns, cancellations, and issue resolution.
