E-Commerce Lead
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, inventory planning, and channel expansion.
- Manage marketplace operations, pricing, promotions, and account health.
- Optimize advertising, conversions, and performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, margins).
- Build partnerships and identify new growth opportunities.
- Analyze business performance and provide strategic insights.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Growth, or Digital Commerce.
Proven experience managing multiple marketplaces and categories end-to-end.
Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms, advertising platforms, and catalog management.
Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Startup experience preferred.
