Role Description

This is a full‑time, hybrid role for an E‑Commerce Operations Coordinator based in Oakville, ON. This role is focused on administration, accuracy, order coordination, product data maintenance, and marketplace support. The successful candidate will help ensure that orders, product information, and marketplace activities run smoothly across multiple channels. You will work closely with the E‑commerce Lead, Sales, Operations, warehouse partners, and third‑party marketplace support teams to execute established processes, flag issues, and keep our e‑commerce operations running efficiently.

Order Management & Fulfillment Support

• Process and manage e‑commerce and B2B orders, including manual order entry when required
• Coordinate with warehouse and 3PL partners to support timely fulfillment
