We are urgently hiring E-Commerce Operations Manager for one of our clients.
- Manage daily e-commerce operations across websites, marketplaces, and digital platforms
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, and content updates
- Oversee order processing, fulfillment, returns, and delivery coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams for timely dispatch
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability across platforms
- Analyze sales performance, operational KPIs, and customer behavior reports
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high service quality standards
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, deals, and online promotions
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, SOPs, and company guidelines
