E-Commerce Operations Manager

HIRING: E-Commerce Operations Manager (Part-Time, Remote)

We're looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Operations Manager to fully own and scale our beauty e-commerce store.

No team to manage, you run everything end-to-end.

What You'll Do

• Manage Shopify & WooCommerce (products, inventory, pricing, orders)

• Optimize the full customer journey (browse → checkout → post-purchase)

• Scale sales and net profit (not just revenue)

• Analyze data and execute growth strategies independently

Requirements

• 3–5 years experience scaling beauty e-commerce brands

• Shopify & WooCommerce expert

• Can work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset

• Strong track record with real numbers (profits, conversion rates, growth)

• Own laptop + 25 Mbps+ internet

• Proven experience handling an aesthetic or beauty products e-commerce store on Shopify (required).
