E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Job Description

• Storefront Management: Upload and manage product listings across platforms (e.g., Shopee, Shopify, Amazon), ensuring high quality imagery, SEO‑friendly descriptions, and accurate pricing.
• Order Fulfillment: Monitor incoming orders and coordinate with the warehouse or logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Inventory Control: Track stock levels daily to prevent overselling and coordinate restocks with the procurement team.
• Data & Reporting: Generate weekly reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and return patterns to help identify growth opportunities.
• Campaign Execution: Assist in setting up promotional vouchers, flash sales, and seasonal discount codes.
