E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST

Job Summary

The Ecommerce Specialist will oversee the end-to-end operations of online business platforms, driving sales growth and operational excellence through real-time monitoring, inventory lifecycle management, and seamless order fulfilment to maintain healthy cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Track daily sales performance across platforms such as Shopify, Lazada, Amazon and Shopee to analyze conversion rates and traffic, informing strategic growth initiatives
• Manage inventory levels by coordinating with suppliers for timely replenishment and ensuring product listings accurately reflect stock availability to prevent overselling
