We’re looking for experienced E-Learning Developers who can design and develop impactful, engaging learning solutions
What we’re looking for:
✔ 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing eLearning courses using
Articulate Storyline and Rise
✔ Strong expertise in triggers, variables, states, layers, and building complex interactive logic
✔ Experience in collaborating with Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers and Quality specialists, in a hybrid team environment
✔ Ability to interpret instructional and visual storyboards and convert them into engaging eLearning modules
✔ Capability to create simple animations and interactive simulations
✔ Strong debugging skills with solid knowledge of SCORM/xAPI publishing standards
✔ Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design best practices
✔ Strong self-review skills with the ability to follow defined standards, and proactively identify deviations
