Job Description
TELUS Health is seeking a Psychotherapist, Psychologist, Social Worker, Sexologist or Psychoeducator EAP Counsellor located in Saint‑Georges, QC. This is a permanent position requiring 3 or 4 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide short‑term counselling to diverse clients through the Employee Assistance Program.
- Adapt interventions to clients’ personal styles and support needs.
- Manage administrative requirements using clinical templates and technology tools.
- Participate in team meetings, peer groups, and online training.
Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field.
- Registered member in good standing with the OPQ, OTSTCFQ, OPSQ or OPPQ.
- At least five years of clinical experience.
- Proficiency in French (bilingualism is an asset).
- Experience with brief interventions, solution‑focused approach, crisis or high‑risk situations.
