This position reports to:
Talent Acquisition Manager__
Key Responsibilities:
- Builds solid networks with universities, students’ associations, and subject-specific networks, such as engineering associations and students’ networks, identifying their success factors and positioning ABB as the employer of choice.
- Builds early talent program frameworks and best practices, supporting the delivery of the local rotational programs.
- Cooperates closely with local Marketing and Communication teams and the Talent Acquisition team in attracting top talent.
