Job Description
Empire Homes is seeking a Home Orientation Representative! In this role, you will schedule and conduct pre‑closing inspections of newly built homes, identifying and reporting deficiencies in accordance with the Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines and the Ontario Building Code. You will lead in‑person Pre‑Delivery Inspections (PDIs) with homeowners and the construction team prior to the submission of the Initial Warranty Form and oversee the completion of any outstanding deficiencies. This role will support our communities located in Breslau, Caledonia and Brantford. This posting is for a replacement position.
Expected annual salary range: $50,000–$65,000 per year. This position is also eligible to participate in a short‑term incentive program.
What We Are Looking For
- College Degree or Diploma in a related field.
- 2‑3 years of experience, including Tarion CPG and Ontario Building Code knowledge, is an asset.
