Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day third-party marketplace

(Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon Global,

etc)

operations and build relationships with KAMs of Marketplaces
Work on AOP & visibility calendars with marketplaces on month on month basis. Monitor marketing execution, traffic, and ad performance.
Monitor and report on Marketplace performance metrics ROS, discounts, listings, pricing, SLA breaches & returns
Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal sales reporting
Determine why certain products are trending up or down, clearly articulate observations and propose strategies to troubleshoot problems
Coordinate with supply chain teams to monitor inventory levels to ensure products are always in stock and recommend replenishment considering weeks of supply
Competitor research analysis
Experience in Amazon, Flipkart PLAs and PPC tools.
