Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven & strategic Ecommerce Manager to lead a fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer (D2 C) business with end-to-end ownership of website sales, digital performance & customer growth.
This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, performance marketing expertise, and operational excellence to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
P& L Ownership: Drive overall website revenue growth and consistently achieve sales targets.
Performance Marketing: Work with internal teams & external agencies to drive customer acquisition across Meta, Google & affiliate channels with strong focus on ROAS, CAC & growth metrics.
Analytics & Platform Management: Monitor and optimize website performance using Shopify analytics, conversion funnels & performance dashboards.
Retention & CRM: Build and execute CRM, loyalty & retention initiatives to maximize LTV and repeat customer growth.
