As an Ecommerce Operations Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day ecommerce operations, driving efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will work across multiple teams to manage order fulfillment, inventory, logistics, and customer service, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities:
Order Management: Oversee order processing, including reviewing, coordinating with fulfillment teams, and ensuring timely shipping and delivery.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and coordinate with clients to replenish stocks in advance.
Returns Management: Process returned items, assess quality, and arrange reprocessing when necessary.
