talking to people, solving problems, and making someone's day better — you might be our next customer happiness hero. We're on the hunt for someone who can turn casual customers into raving fans
What You'll Be Doing
- Chatting with customers via phone, email, and chat (yes, you'll need to be comfy with all three)
- Answering questions about our products, prices, and what's in stock
- Teaming up with other departments to make sure our customers get what they need
- Keeping things organized with some light data entry on different platforms
You're a Good Fit If You:
- Have 1–3 years of work experience in a similar role (or if you're a fast learner who's ready to grow, we're open to that too )
- Can speak and write fluently in
Mandarin
and
