**Job Description**
This role focuses on setting up and operating wire EDM, driller EDM, and sinker EDM machines to produce high-precision gas turbine components.
**Responsibilities**
+ Review engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions before starting machining operations to fully understand part requirements and tolerances.
+ Set up wire EDM machines, including selecting and threading the appropriate wire type, aligning workpieces, installing fixtures, and loading machining programs using Esprit or other CAM software.
+ Set up sinker EDM machines by selecting and preparing electrodes, configuring electrode holders, preparing fluid tanks, and entering spark gap parameters and machining conditions.
