ClearTech seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our Edmonton facility. In this critical position, you will oversee maintenance operations in a dynamic chemical production setting.
You will be responsible for the supervision of maintenance activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires you to lead your team, perform hands-on maintenance, and maintain communication with the Operations Manager regarding equipment status and progress. Your expertise in safety compliance will ensure smooth facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily maintenance operations
• Lead and train maintenance team members
• Troubleshoot and perform hands-on repairs
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Coordinate with contractors as needed
Requirements:
• Valid Red Seal Journeyman certification required
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
