In your role as an Optimization and Efficiency Advisor, you will be integral in driving high-performance management. We seek a candidate with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience and a Green Belt certification to assess processes and develop improvement plans. Your in-depth knowledge of Lean tools will support teams in achieving sustainable results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess processes to identify areas for enhancement
• Facilitate optimization workshops across organizational units
• Aid teams in implementing continuous improvement strategies
• Contribute to process mapping ensuring best practices
• Evaluate and follow up on gains from optimization efforts
Requirements:
• 3-7 years working with process optimization
