You'll work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and senior management to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor company EHS policies and procedures on-site Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to site teams Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and industry best practice Report on EHS performance and drive corrective action where required Engage with project teams to promote a positive safety culture Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience as an EHS Advisor.
