EHS manager:
Minimum candidate Accreditations
• Bachelor’s Degree in an Environmental Health and Safety Related field
• Recognized Safety Professional Certification (Examples)
o BCSP (CSP, CHST, ASP, GSP)
• 10 years construction site safety management experience
• Completion of OSHA 500 and 1st Aid/CPR training
Desired candidates will be able to demonstrate:
• Leadership dynamics in working with multiple organizations (regulator, client, subcontractor, as examples) for the successful completion of the Project objective.
• Responsible team membership: commitment to the Project team, participation with company expectations, dedication to improving the safety culture throughout the business unit.
• Exceptional communications skills verbally as well as in written format.
• Subordinate development and commitment to their advancement and development.
• Authorized Construction Trainer for OSHA-30 Hour
