Job Description
- Lead and oversee all Safety initiatives and Environmental Health programs within a non-union manufacturing environment
- Dedicate approximately 80% of the role to Safety initiatives and 20% to Environmental Health programs
- Develop, improve, and upgrade safety policies, procedures, and protocols to drive operational excellence
- Design and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for all levels of the organization
- Conduct thorough safety audits to identify risks and implement corrective actions
- Perform detailed incident investigations and root cause analyses to prevent recurrence
- Ensure full compliance with all OSHA and EPA regulations across the facility
- Bachelor of Science degree required; technical degree strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience within a manufacturing environment required
