NOIRLab is seeking a dedicated and experienced environmental, health & safety (EHS) & security coordinator to ensure the safety and security of people, facilities, and operations across Chilean sites, including observatories, offices, residential housing, and industrial facilities.
What You Will Do
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive patrimonial security programs to protect personnel, assets, and infrastructure in various environments.
Perform threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments (TVAs), identifying and mitigating potential physical and workplace security risks.
Implement and oversee physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and perimeter protection.
Coordinate and supervise security contractors and guard services, ensuring compliance with established security standards and operational readiness.
