About the Role:Assists the team in populating real estate-related databases including but not limited to commercial, retail, and industrial
Ensure accuracy and integrity of collected data
Verify and validate information in online property listings
Conduct targeted cold calls to verify property information
Other ad hoc desk research tasks
About You:
Currently enrolled in college and pursuing Bachelor's/College Degree in Real Estate Management or any business courses
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy and quality
High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
