- Previous experience in electrical assembly, wiring, cable assembly, or electronics manufacturing preferred
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Dependable attendance and work ethic
- Comfort with tools, equipment, and PPE
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Comfortable reading wiring diagrams or step-by-step instructions
