Electrical Design Engineer

Location: Newbury

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm; Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Employment Type: Permanent or Contract basis.

Salary: Permanent £45,000 - £50,000 per annum; Contract £40 - £60 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Use the company system to estimate, design, cost and build quotations that are 100% relevant to the customer's requirements.
• Be competent using CAD systems to draw Electrical Circuits that can be used by the manufacturing team.
• Liaise directly with customers, understand, and manage customer expectations.
• Solve problems and provide solutions when designing.
• Liaise with and cooperate with suppliers.
• Work with customer and business timelines.
• Meet company expectations around productivity and quality.
