About The Job Electrical Engineer
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The Electrical Engineer is responsible to undertake and be responsible for the overall Electrical design deliverables, such as (calculations, drawings, requisitions, reports, for the assigned project/tasks, working closely with the Electrical design Coordinator.
The role is to ensure that the Electrical design deliverables meet the vessel specification and the appropriate Electrical standards such as DNV/BV electrical shipbuilding rules, IMO HSC Code, AS/NZS 3004.2:2014 or the AS/NZS and other country specific standard requirements within schedule and budget.
This role requires good coordination and communication (written and verbal) with the design team (AP and AA/AV where applicable), production and other external stakeholders (class/client/Supplier).
The Electrical Engineer will be required to undertake the electrical design deliverable without assistance from the Senior Electrical Engineers. ...
