Position Summary:
Provide freelance MEP coordination and lighting layout design for commercial interiors ensuring technical compliance and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and review lighting layouts and load calculations
Coordinate electrical designs with contractors and design teams
Ensure adherence to relevant electrical codes and standards
Qualifications:
Licensed Electrical Engineer
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial interiors
Skills:
AutoCAD (MEP), Dialux or Relux, MS Excel proficiency
