4-8years’experienceinconstructionincludingexecutionofElectrical, IBMS services, etc. for Projects.
Worked with reputed Project Management Consultant (PMC) or the Facility Management with at least 3 years to understand the Project Operations.

AssistingPIMOinreviewingDesigns/Tenders/BOQsrelatedtoElectrical work (submitted by MEP Consultant).
Co-ordination with MEP Consultant for Tenders/BOQs, Issuing the QuotationstotheVendorsandco-ordinationwithQuantitySurveyorfor further negotiations.
Assisting PIMO in Planning and Co-ordination of Electrical related activities across all the Campuses.
Guiding and co-ordinating Electrical related material procurement across all the Campuses.
Reviewing the RCP Layout submitted by MEP Consultant and Interior Designer.
