We're helping a SF startup backed by top VCs hire a Electrical Engineer. They are building the world's first simulation-based assessment platform to help companies save engineering time and cut technical mis-hires when hiring Deeptech Engineers.
Focus: Electrical engineering realism and assessment design
Responsibilities:
- Design and validate electrical engineering assessment content based on real-world workflows
- Ensure technical accuracy and industry relevance of EE tasks and simulations
- Advise on tooling, constraints, and best practices used by professional electrical engineers
Required Background:
- Strong foundation in electrical engineering
- Familiarity with modern EE tools such as Altium, Cadence, or equivalent EDA software
