Job Responsibilities and Expectations:
Perform electrical analysis and design in both the industrial and utility sectors Protective relaying design and integration (SEL, GE, Siemens, Schneider, etc.) Industrial/Utility substation automation (SEL RTAC, RTU, HMI, Communications, etc.) Conduct electrical studies including short-circuit, protective device coordination, arc-flash, load flow, grounding, and harmonic studies Creation/modification/review/approval of electrical drawing packages: single line diagrams, three-line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, and general arrangements. Electrical distribution system design and modifications: MCC’s, switchgear, breakers, fuses, switches, transformers, capacitor banks, current transformers, potential transformers, protective relays and controls.
