Job Description
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of data centre electrical infrastructure, including power distribution systems, UPS, generators, and switchgear.
- Experience managing technical teams and supporting 24/7 operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage complex electrical systems and operational challenges.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal and external teams.
- Professional certifications such as Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent are advantageous.
