About the Role
Reporting to the Team Leader, an electrical fitter is responsible for the assembly, wiring, and pre‑testing of bespoke LV switchgear and control panels. This hands‑on role requires technical competence, accuracy and the ability to work to engineering drawings and wiring schematics.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical assembly, strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Panel Assembly: Build and assemble LV switchgear and control panels according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Wiring & Terminations: Complete electrical wiring, terminations, and connections to a high standard of accuracy and safety
- Quality Control: Adhere to quality procedures, ensuring all work is completed to specification and meets internal QA checks
