The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical and electronic systems, be well-versed in PLC-based machines, and have substantial experience in maintenance management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all plant machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and extend operational life.
Manage all aspects of vendor relationships, including selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation for maintenance-related services and spare parts.
