Key Responsibilities: • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for maintenance activities • Analyze KPI trends to improve operational performance • Progress planning-type notifications into work orders • Conduct job walkdowns and develop risk evaluations • Procure and maintain materials for upcoming maintenance
