Job Description

About the Role
 :You will be responsible for managing all aspects of electrical service delivery across housing client properties, ensuring compliance with legislation, contractual obligations and Mears operating standards.
Management of operational and commercial delivery in line with contractual commitments, budgets and cash flow
Ensure full compliance with electrical safety, health and safety legislation, company procedures and industry best practice
Manage direct labour and supply chain resources to improve productivity and deliver cost efficiencies
Oversee programmed servicing programmes, ensuring checks are completed within agreed client timescales
Ensure suitable evidence is collected and maintained to demonstrate electrical compliance
Promote a strong customer focused culture aligned to the Mears Red Thread
Ensure completion of company and client reporting requirements and achievement of KPI targets
