Job Description
POSITION OBJECTIVE The position is responsible for monitoring and maintenance of the Building Management System and Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning System under the direction of the Project Manager or Control Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical problems and investigate elevated issues by confirming the validity of the problem.
- Basic Knowledge of AC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Alarm system particularly of busy commercial Building & Warehouse.
- Knowledge and experience in BMS panel & field device termination work.
- Experience in involving BMS testing & commissioning activities.
- Coordinate with MEP staff & 3rd party for all kind of maintenance activities.
- Able to read BMS drawings based on pipe, duct, containment and all other MEP site installation.
- Conducts frequent site verification if required.
- Recommends changes for improvement in the system, methods and procedures.
