Position Purpose
: The Electrical Technician is responsible for conducting preventative and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment and troubleshooting circuit problems while applying theory and related knowledge to install, rebuild or repair electrical equipment as needed.
Principle Accountabilities
Assist with service calls. Troubleshoot electrical circuits. Repair and/or replace electrical components. Make recommendations for replacement or modification of electrical equipment. Maintain and calibrate equipment. Set up and perform circuit tests. Read blueprints and wiring diagrams. Soldering wires to electrical components.
