Job Description

What you’ll do

:
  • Assemble electro-mechanical subassemblies and final products for prototype, validation, verification, and production builds following detailed work instructions and batch records
  • Perform cable routing, soldering, mechanical fastening, and component integration using hand tools, power tools, and precision equipment
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections and testing, accurately documenting results and initiating non-conformance reports when required
  • Set up and operate manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment while providing feedback to improve assembly methods, fixtures, and processes
