Responsibilities

• Must have previous experience and/or training in electronics repair, preferably of music gear. Diploma or Certificate in Electronics is an asset depending on experience.
• Knowledge of electronic music gear that Long & McQuade sells and how they work: Instrument amplifiers, Powered PA speakers, Keyboards, Electronic Drums, DJ gear, DJ Lighting, Tube amplifiers.
• Proven strong work ethic and commitment.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Positive attitude and steady composure.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Provide quality and timely repairs and maintenance to gear purchased from Long & McQuade.
• Provide quality and timely repairs and maintenance to gear from our store demo stock and rental inventory.
• Use our common sense approach with customers to troubleshoot and solve problems.
