Job Summary
Oversees and coordinates the activities of the NanoGalv® plating and coating team to ensure the department operates efficiently. Implements and enforce quality standards, processes, and controls. Fully responsible for ensuring all coating and plating operations comply with company policies and procedures.
Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesLeads the plating and coating team to meet production goals and maintain quality standards. Oversees chemical and supplies inventory to ensure the availability of plating solutions and safe storage of potentially hazardous materials. Responsible for monitoring equipment capability, process maps, set-ups, quality controls, tooling and records, routing and cycle times. Coordinates manufacturing with Sales, Production Manager, Procurement, Planning, Quality, Shipping and other departments, including vendors.
