What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain standardized, modular, and scalable email templates and design systems;


• Build and support demand generation, multi-touch, and nurture email programs;


• Lead the transition from Marketo to Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), adopting modern platform features and best practices;


• Take full ownership of how email modules, templates, and components are built, maintained, and scaled;


• Ensure emails meet accessibility standards, responsive design, and cross-client compatibility;


• Partner with internal marketing stakeholders to deliver tailored and templatized email campaigns;


• Own email testing, QA, and deliverability, ensuring high-quality execution across platforms;


• Continuously improve email engineering processes as foundational capabilities are established.
