JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Software Manager will lead and scale high‑performing embedded software engineering teams responsible for developing production‑quality solutions for the client’s beauty product portfolio. This role will drive end‑to‑end delivery excellence, ensuring software development aligns with the client’s “four Ons”: on time, on quality, on specification, and on cost. The position requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise in embedded systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global engineering teams.
